Where Healing Breathes
This is the space where all the art I create for others comes to life. It’s still a place of healing for me, but the focus shifts from personal restoration to bringing beauty, joy, and meaning to the people I create for. Here, I get to collaborate with clients, take on commissions, and help turn their ideas into reality. And when I’m given full creative freedom—that’s when I thrive the most.
I also make time to create freely, whether I’m designing and screen-printing, tufting, mixing a batch of resin, or taking on a photography client. These moments are pure joy for me. It’s where I get to breathe, experiment, and just have fun doing what I love.
Shadow Boxes
Shadow boxes are where my creativity truly comes to life. They allow me to express myself while working within a meaningful niche—whether it’s a themed piece like a birth box, a cancer survival tribute, a birthday or holiday display, or something intimate for couples. I either handcraft items or incorporate pieces provided by the client, transforming them into something beautiful and lasting.
Birth boxes are my favorite. I’m trusted with precious, personal items, and I get to preserve them in a way that keeps those memories alive for generations. Each box becomes a legacy piece. Even if the items aren’t mine, the way I bring them together is my way of leaving a mark on the world.
Explosion Boxes
Explosion boxes became a passion of mine during the pandemic, blending my love language of gift-giving with my appreciation for unique and beautiful papers. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a creative outlet where I design personalized boxes for birthdays, holidays, retirements, and more—each with its own special twist and my signature style.
I’ve had the joy of making so many of these pieces, and the best part is always the reaction. Seeing the smiles—not just from the recipient, but from everyone around them when the box opens—is incredibly rewarding. It’s a feeling I never get tired of.
Forever Bouquets
I recently started creating forever bouquets, and I’ve really come to love the process. Making the petals is simple and calming—something I can do while unwinding and watching TV. My interest in them comes from my own experiences: I’ve watched friend get flowers after show choir shows and academic accolades but I've only received flowers twice in my life—once for my 16th birthday when I got 16 red roses, and once when I graduated high school. Both bouquets wilted quickly, and it always felt bittersweet.
I’ve always been drawn to roses, not for how fast they fade, but for what they represent: love and beauty—qualities I’ve often felt were missing from my own life. I’m also fond of orchids and lotus flowers, especially their meanings and symbolism.
Creating forever bouquets lets me capture the beauty of those flowers without the sadness of watching them die. They last, they hold meaning, and with a light spray, they can even carry whatever scent the owner chooses. It’s a way for me to craft something enduring, meaningful, and full of life.
Tufting
Tufting started out as a simple experiment for me, but it quickly became something I fell in love with. It was unique, different, and not something many people were doing, which made it even more exciting to explore. The process lets me tap into my creativity in a way that’s both healing and genuinely fun.
I also take commissions, which adds an extra layer of joy—bringing someone’s vision to life is always rewarding. Growing up, I spent a lot of time crocheting, so working with yarn has always felt familiar. But tufting has given me a whole new appreciation for it and opened up a completely different way to express myself.
Photography
Photography has always held a special place in my heart. I love it for both its simplicity and its complexity. When I photograph people, I truly enjoy the experience—but I don’t follow trends that over-smooth skin or reshape bodies. For me, the purpose of photography is to document life authentically. I want people and animals to look like themselves, natural and real.

In other areas of photography, especially when it comes to styling or set design—something I hope to explore more deeply—I’m more open to creative manipulation. But at its core, photography is my way of preserving history. It captures moments, emotions, and stories exactly as they are, so they can be remembered for years to come.
